why are the enforcement so rude and ignorant ? they banned my son's account saying he was cheating but I know for a fact he was NOT on the xbox at the time they said he was, and when I challenged them to prove he was by quoting the IP address and mac address
of the console they have ignored me ,despite the fact I had told them his account had been compromised a couple of days before hand. so I ask again why are the enforcement team being rude and ignorant ?

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

Next time don't actually stay in dat lobby for them "Benefits" as they become more of consequences

 

Enforcement will issue a suspension whenever they finish their investigation. In other words - your sons suspension may issued 2-3 weeks after their investigation. They do not have to provide anything in form of details unless you seek to go after them
legally. Again they do a full investigation and will have a lot of evidence of what your son was doing at the time. If your account was indeed compromised then you would need to contact phone support and open an unauthorized access case. Mind you they have
have all IP addresses logged and can see easily who was on the account especially if said people (if other then your son) are on your sons friends list including all messages sent and received. When you say compromised - No one can compromise an XBOX account
unless they are very lucky in guessing or your son possibly gave out his login information to obtain cheats or hacks or achievements. You should think about setting up security proofs on the account to prevent this very situation.

Again I am not saying your son did or did not cheat , however Enforcement is pretty thorough in their investigations.

this must be a generic reply as you can not be serious.they banned him 24 hours after he supposedly cheated, so how full of an investigation was it ? and until they provide details of their so called investigation, how do I know there was even an investigation
? Because as a matter of fact, my son was watching Netflix on his Xbox at the time they claim he was cheating, then the next morning when he went onto his Xbox a box came up that he had been signed in in a different location,figuring his account had been hacked
he immediately changed his password (actually he gets me to do it and notes it down so he doesn't forget it). As for no-one compromising accounts, that is utter rubbish. my kids don't give out their log in information and neither do I (yes I have a box as
well) and all of our accounts have been hacked several times.

I do however have a suspicion on what has happened, the only thing that it could and it was mentioned in their generic answer.everybody who has played Xbox for a while knows about modded lobbies and modded jtags, and he is aware to stay out of
modded lobbies and does his best to do so, if he has been banned for playing with a player with a modded jtag, that counts as cheating . what did happen was that a jtag entered the lobby my son and his friends were playing in , change some stuff and left all
within about 1 minute, now if they have counted this as my sons "cheating" this is all wrong. Microsoft are using a sledge hammer to crack a peanut and it still doesn't explain why when I ask a question that it is ignored, that is just plain rude, because
the only answer I have ever got is, the generic reply of "your account is banned for cheating" which by the way they have a list of several possibilities, they could at least inform you what you are directly accused of. Because if they have done a full investigation
, they will know exactly what you have done.

 

Your son would of been banned for something that happened months ago.

It takes a while for a complete investigation to be carried out & then acted upon if needed.

Your xbox live account can't be hacked but if you believe it was compromised then you need to contact support & open an unautherised access case.

The enforcement team know exactly what your son did & when but are under no obligation to share that info with you,as per the terms & conditions that you/your son agreed to when starting the account.

And to add. Jtag lobbies are created by said Jtag users. They need to have control over the whole lobby meaning either your son accepted an invitation or stumbled across a modded lobby. If he chose to stay then he would be committing an cheating infraction.
As Daft pointed out - suspensions and bans are usually from something weeks ago. They do not suspend on random whims. I have never had my xbox compromised ever and once I added security proofs it is pretty impossible. Most accounts that have been compromised
were the results of people giving out their login information to friends or to others trying to obtain cheats and then become the victim as their account is stolen.

Again all this is sort of moot. Enforcement does not ever read these forums.

 

I was suspended for getting reported for nothing, I was wondering if u can lift my suspension, I was suspended 3 times in 5 months.... Please lift it

 

You do not get suspended for nothing & you will not get the suspension lifted.

Post in the forum I've linked above to find out why you were suspended again & remember,to many suspensions will result in a permanent ban.

My gamertag is RawR Justice and I keep getting suspended by people keep reporting me for no reason at all

 

I talked to warren the microsoft Agent, and he told me to the enforcement team could look into it, and lift it

 

You have been given the wrong info.You will not get the suspension lifted.

Doesn't matter how many people report you,all reports are investigated & you will only get suspended if you have broken the CoC/ToC.

The enforcement team denied my case review after I gave my reason for why I got banned, they called me a liar, and weeks after my ban they gave me the reason why I got banned. Which I find absurd and ignorant of them.
