They are following the law. They are not part of the government (contracted companies or vendors are not part of the government) and are free to establish their own rules of behavior. As has been pointed out, you can submit a case review if you choose.
If you do not choose to do so, the suspension will expire at the date you indicated.

 

I dont have to be a Microsoft worker to know what the law is and what my rights cover and dont cover. What i do know is YES they ARE allowed.

 

You may think it is nothing but it goes agInst Xboxs rules as it is profanity which is not allowed.

 

That doesnt mean they wont be banned as well. Just because they are not banned now doesnt mean they wont be.

It is quite clear that you haven't grasped what everyone is saying. No laws have been broken, Microsoft are free to make rules, as any other business is. If you acted up in a store, they can get security/police and have you removed. They can also ban you
from that store and any other stores they own. That is the right of any business.

Go and stand in any government building and start spouting profanity at public or staff and see what happens.

Microsoft needs to change there code of conduct cussing really we are playing games that cuss if this was a real thy will banned the gaming company from letting the game on there plat form.

 

The only way you will get a reply out of Microsoft regarding this issue is if you request a case review at the Enforcement site. The Enforcement team does not read these forums, nor do they make/change decisions based on what is here.

If that is the case, then you have to wait until the suspension ends on its own, on the date specified. There is nothing more to be done with it.

I'm afraid you're making the same arguments that everyone who's been suspended makes ...

"I have freedom of speech!" - not on a private network, you don't

"Games have swear words" - the Code of Conduct discusses OUR behavior, not that of the games on it

"Others do it too and they don't get banned" - many do. Even so, the Code discusses how WE are to behave, even when others are misbehaving.
