ENFORCEMENT TEAM....

so it turns out that thus didn't happen while playing siege, I took a nap before I started playing siege, my phone uses fingerprint to get into phone, and my phone is all ways locked, so especially now, I'm only concerned that,this IS unauthorized action
on my account, and this enforcement action has been misplaced, I've literally got at least $3000 worth of games on this account, I "wont" allow it to get banned, or suspended, so I would never do this. PLZ lift this enforcement action, I've cut ties with my
friend who admitted to doing this, he's out of my life now, please lift this, it WON'T happen again, and also why does the smart glass app now allow me to password protect my account, on my Xbox I got the controller combination........ , but however I tried
to file case review and I failed 1 question and it made me fail entire thing, because the way the question was typed I misread it, and plz reset my case review, I have to wait 24 hours which is outrageous. I won't stop these posts until my case it reviewed

Meaningless Suspension

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

I understand I'm responsible for my account, mistakes happen please just lift this, you see in my first post why this happened.and it won't happen again, I guaranteed that.

 

The enforcement team can only be contacted via the case review process. If you failed the questionaire you will have to wait 24 hours before trying again.

To add it doesnt matter if it was your friend on your account who did something to get you banned. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

I would advise against posting multiple threads about this as doing so is against forums rules and would result in being banned from the forums.

 

yea kinda figured, it's due to since their the ones banned and suspending accounts, they don't want to be reachable. Cause they know they'll get the rage of customers.

 

AAND I'm not responsible for it if I'm sleeping and he uses my fingerprint to get into my phone, that's against my will. This friend will be...dealt with to say the least,i know im responsible for it any other time, but allow passwords on the app and this
wouldn't happen in the first place.

 

No one here can lift it. The only people who can do anything about bans/suspensions is the enforcement team.

here you are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it.

Doesn't matter what you say happened,you are still held responsible.

If you keep making threads they will just get locked & you will be banned from the forums.You have been answered,that answer will not be any different no matter how many threads you make.

 

You can Call Support by phone and have them open an Unauthorized Account Access investigation. Also based what you say happened this maybe something you need to bring up with you local law enforcement.

 

I'm curious now, I finally was able to get a case review, nothing happened the the way they hold you responsible for something someone else did it total BS , but that's not why in posting this, I made a case review and even during the suspension I was able
to play online, just no communication, now since the review I can't play online games, which is just about EVERY damn game I own, so why did this,change? They punishing me harder for requesting case review..... idk. Seriously considering going to playstation.

 

And also, my once was friend said he made it the pic, then changed it immediately so I wouldn't see it, wht did I still get suspended if no one saw it, or if it was changed immediately....just realized it makes no sense, I'm caught up in rage. And local
law enforcement won't do nothing over this. To them it'll be a petty case.

 

When you submit a case review, they basically re-investigate the complaints your account received. So it is possible they can come across something else that would warrant another suspension.

Playstation has the same rules.

 

but it's not another suspension...its still lifted on the 27th, and this is the first "ever" that anything on this account has violated the tos or anything, so is it possible when I applied for case review that they forgot to apply the multiplayer suspension
and realized it? They can't add or suspend an account anywayscbecause of a few complaints, I'm sure I get reported all the time for cheating because of how good I am at siege but they ant add or suspend an account because of reports unless there's proof of
anything.

 

You will only ever get suspended if you have violated the ToU/CoC.

You will never get suspended just because someone reported you.

Any report filed is thoroughly investigated before any action is taken.

The enforcement team gather proof before suspending anyone.They are under no obligation to show you that proof which is something you agreed to.
