Hello, my account was hacked. Virtual assistant had me open up a case and was supposed to transfer my data to a new profile because the account was hacked. I can’t get onto my profile at all or use the email. I lost a lot of profiles that I can’t get back like Fortnite, Star Wars Battlefront, rainbow six siege. It’s been terrible and I did nothing to get banned.

From there you can use a new email address to recover your account and have the Microsoft team contact you.

How do you even contact the enforcement team I've got nothing on my account saying I'm banned on the enforcement part yet turn on console I'm permanently banned

The only time they're lifted is if the enforcement team determines they made a mistake when issuing it, which is rare with permanent bans. But permanent bans are just that, permanent. You are responsible for your account at all times.

Okay, to back up for clarity. Does your console still show you have a permanent console ban (not account ban)?

If you submitted a case review for your account ban and the enforcement team upheld the ban, then it is permanently banned and you will no longer be able to use that account.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans/suspensions. The only way to reach the enforcement team is by filing a case review.

Console bans are not eligible for case reviews.

If the console ban is permanent then your only option to continue playing online is to get a new console. Permanent console bans are just that. Permanent.
