Discus and support enforcement team who in the wrong????? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so long story short I asked Xbox for a refund b one because the game was lagging and the app kept crashing... none of my others games do that the first...     so long story short I asked Xbox for a refund b one because the game was lagging and the app kept crashing... none of my others games do that the first guy said no sorry I cant so I called again lol asked for a refund for a different bundle so I would get
    half my money back not a total loss but still a *** the second person noticed that I asked more than once and issued me a lifetime ban on my account. lets be honest I may have been in the wrong but not deserving of a lifetime ban I fought and fought but the
    enforcement team are a bunch of..... I lost all my games and my account might I mention I never had any offenses before this! they accused me of market theft! so I'm salty AF, I don't want to give anymore money to MS. am I in the wrong or did Xbox take it
    too harshly? please let me know??????

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and reporting them is the only way to get them to the enforcement team.

    IDK, but imo. Simply asking for a refund should not constitute theft.

    IDK, maybe I am too old and thus, stone set in my ways, but to me. This 'Digital age' sure seems weird!

    My advice OP: Next time you buy music, movies and/or games. Buy physical copies and if you can. Forgo the DLC.

    Asked for a refund on one game/app, then called back for a refund on another for half your money back? What does this even mean?

    Seeing as the Enforcement Team, and not support bans consoles, I believe the O.P. is leaving something out of his "so long story short".

    One way a refund could constitute theft would be doing a chargeback illegitimately; possibly multiple times?

    suspended without reason, gatzo.

    Support has no information about suspensions/bannings and usually give the wrong information. The enforcement team (the people who post on that board) are the only ones who do.

    We don't work for support. If you think he's done something wrong, then you need to file a complaint on him via the console. If he's done something wrong, the enforcement team will take action.

    The enforcement team will probably change this tag too. It doesn't matter what you think it refers to. The enforcement team are the ones who decide whether or not it violates the code of conduct. Too many forced changes and your account will be banned.

    It was changed, I contacted support to find out why, Ahd was told is was changed by the enforcement team. I sent the picture to suppott who said there was nothing wrong.
