    I already sent a Case review and i want another on because when i got the case summary it told me i used a term that I didnt even mean to put i meant homie but my phone autocorrected to something else and it resulted in a chat ban

    i didnt even know i used a wrong word i was texting and in the moment

    please dont chat ban me communitation is key to life and plus i didnt even do it it was the phine you have to understand

    MISS UNDERSTANDING

    Hi,

    You should know that you will get reported for your bad language while online, i doubt filling out a case review would get the suspension lifted due to it being correct. if you was wrongly suspended then you would have a chance of it being remove by the
    enforcement team after filing a case review.

    Keep your language clean while online.

    Enforcement Team this is a miss understanding

    The enforcement team do not use the forums. If you already submitted a case review and they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done. There is no other way to contact the enforcement team.

    The only way to contact anyone that can alter suspensions (or to appeal it or ask about it) is to contact enforcement through a case review:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howto#sub-topic0-6     Xbox support and phone support can not alter suspensions. Only enforcement can - and ONLY through a case review. To do a case review your suspension must be active, have been applied within the
    last year and be longer than 24 hours. You may have to do a quiz on the code of conduct before you can do a case review, and if you fail you will have to wait 24 hours to try again.

    Xbox enforcement team are Law judges or Lawyers, for sure.

    But they do enforce the law agreed on the TOU. No one gets banned for no reason. Try to file a case review to the Xbox enforcement team to get a better understanding.
