    I received an email from the enforcement team stating my account is under review when I checked my account it said I have a perfect record yet I can not access party chat online

    Meaningless Suspension

    Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

    My account was permanently ban and I contacted a High high higher up in microsoft and he changed it to temp ban but I am still banned on the forums!

    Bans can only be overturned by the enforcement team & they would never reduce a perma ban for modding to a temp suspension.

    Sorry but whoever you spoke to has given you the wrong information.

    Any other ban/suspension enquireries need to be posted here

    you wouldn't get a msg that your account is under review

    If they have a report on you they won't tell you about it they would only suspend you that's it no.warning

    I think you don't realize the issue you are having

    I seen that before don't click any links in the mail

    No online service will say your account is under review

    It's a phishing email meant to get your account data

    Usually gaming or bank info

    It's a popular method using wow or your bank I even got.fake.emails.asking for.accounts I don't even have at banks that are far away

    Only Google does it only for billing suspension

    If you followed any links that were provided in the email and.logined

    Contact supports immediately and ask.to.secure your account immediately

    not fair i got console banned HELP ME ENFORCEMENT!

    Sounds like a account suspension,not a console ban.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    You can go to the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB     & see info about your suspension & file for a case review if eligible.

    If it is a temp console ban then you can't file for a case review.

    Temp console bans are issued if several accounts on the same console have all received suspensions before & are not issued lightly.

    Doesn't matter who started it,if you reply in a way that violates the ToU/CoC you risk enforcement action.

    In future it's best to just report & block anyone harassing you over xbox live,don't respond to them.

    my console get banned

    The enforcement team don't use the forums & console bans/suspensions can't be appealed.

    Console bans are not issued lightly & are a last resort.

    If it's permanent then there's nothing you can do.

    If it's a temp suspension then you will have to wait 30 days from when the suspension started.
