Enforcement team Suspension for no reason

My account has been suspended 2 times this month for "cheating" and i have not cheated at all i may have gotten into lobbies with modders but i do my best to leave them when i know there is one. now im suspended for like 2-3 weeks i cant get an official
date when ill be un-suspended and there absolutely no way i can even contact the enforcement team, and yes i have filed a case review and it seems like they just blew it off. This has been happening to me and a really good friend of mine. as soon as we play
multiplayer 3 days later we just get suspended now i want to get into contact with the enforcement team. and did i mention that xbox has stolen 2 games back from me i paye 80$ in total for now i have to re buy them..

False Communication Bans

The reason that enforcement actions that are 24 hours or less can not be reviewed is because by the time the enforcement team reviews the case the suspension would be over.

Even playstation has their rules and suspensions and there is no way to appeal there suspensions no matter what amount of time the suspension was for.

If you have filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld there is nothing else you can do. An account suspension completely blocks the affected account from being able to sign in to the Xbox Live service for the duration of the suspension. Account
suspensions are issued for a specified duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days, though egregious or repeated violations can result in a permanent suspension.

As for the lost games matter I suggest you to contact xbox chat support billing section to verify your purchase: Contact Us | Xbox Support

I can't speculate on that. You'll have to wait for the suspension to show on the enforcement site to see the reason the enforcement team issued the suspension.

There is almost always a good reason for the suspension but tou should take this up with the enforcement team.

The only reason it would show that you have no suspensions on the enforcement teams website is if you were signed into a different account then the one that has the suspension on it.
