    This is just a quick message that I hope Microsoft sees and Im sure a lot of people want this. Im tired of trying to figure out what I did or said to get a communication ban or trying to figure how my gamertag id offensive. In general why we got banned.
    Only some enforcement are allowed a case review. Those that get them its treated like a dictatorship in which the enforcement team will read your review but already have their mind made up before having read it. You got a communication ban? Good luck finding
    out what you said or how it was harrasment or offensive. Thats the problem. They say you have a communication ban but won't say what for. So you can easily make the same mistake. My gamertag review the agent didn't even respond to half of what I said. His
    response was because someone might find part of it offensive we need to change it. Fine change it. But give players a free change. Onto the maim and concluding part. Please open up a support chat channel to speak with the enforcement team like the general
    Xbox.support has. Will also keep people from calling and screaming at customer service reps who can't do anything about enforcements.

    I already know I am not enforcement team or an xbox employee. enforcement team deals with the enforcement actions while us deal with the troubleshooting etc. I am volunteer nothing more, nothing less.

    you're selecting the community chat correct? select chat with xbox support or call via phone.

    Hi there,

    Only an Enforcement team member can respond to enforcement actions, and the Enforcement Team does not use the forums.

    You will need to submit a case review on the Enforcement site (https://enforcement.xbox.com) as no one (Forum/Twitter/Chat support) can respond to enforcement actions.

    Enforcement team support chat channel

    If your gamertag violated the ToU/CoC in the past you used to get a free name change but that was abused by so many people it was changed a while back so now you are given a random tag for free.

    You can thank the people who kept creating offensive gamertags after being issued a forced name change for that change in the terms of use.

    Any other changes must be paid for.This is something you agreed to when accepting the ToU/CoC.

    The only enforcement actions that can't file for a case review are 24 hour suspensions due to the fact that by the time the case has been investigated again the suspension would be over & console bans.

    If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. Phone/chat support do not handle enforcement issues so they would not be able to overturn the enforcement team's decision.

    Customer support can't do anything about bans, it is the Enforcement team that handle anything and everything to do with bans, and there is no live chat option for the Enforcement team, the only methods of communication between ourselves and the Enforcement
    team is when a report is filed, and a case review is submitted.
