so long story short I asked Xbox for a refund b one because the game was lagging and the app kept crashing... none of my others games do that the first guy said no sorry I cant so I called again lol asked for a refund for a different bundle so I would get
half my money back not a total loss but still a *** the second person noticed that I asked more than once and issued me a lifetime ban on my account. lets be honest I may have been in the wrong but not deserving of a lifetime ban I fought and fought but the
enforcement team are a bunch of..... I lost all my games and my account might I mention I never had any offenses before this! they accused me of market theft! so I'm salty AF, I don't want to give anymore money to MS. am I in the wrong or did Xbox take it
too harshly? please let me know......

Asking for repeated refunds on digital content is considered marketplace theft because of the perceived intent. The perception is that you get the games and play through them and then want to get our money back so you can purchase another game. Yes, you
were in the wrong and to say that MS took it too harshly would be short sighted. They have to do things to protect these types of things from happening. The ToU/CoC states very clearly that marketplace theft is against the rules and will not be tolerated
on any level.

You yourself have admitted to exactly that so as I see it you really don't have any recourse.

Sorry it happened to you but Microsoft does what is required to protect the business.

every time I go to xbox.com and try to sigh. into the account that's banned it takes me to the enforcement website. can I change it there?
