    Enforcement team reviewed my case and they decided to return my gamertag.


    Enforcement team reviewed my case and they decided to return my gamertag but my old gamertag is still not available. I need my old gamertag back and Please make it available so that I can claim it.

    My old Gamertag : AdityaChoudhary

    New Gamertag : FolkishHealer72

    I had a case reviewed from enforcement team and they lifted my suspension after 7of the 14 days but I am still unable to play online do to my console being suspended for some reason when on my Xbox it says I can’t send messeges (even though I have been sending
    messeges and posting on my activity feed)

    And the enforcement page says I have no current suspensions HELP ASAP

    Been wrongly suspended, yet can't contact enforcement team...

    At the end of the day you're lucky to be able to still use your account after the suspension is up.

    Is it logical that Xbox Enforcement just decided to spin a digital wheel and ban someone and then make up a reason or is it more likely that your account was flagged due to any one of the code of conduct violations.

    Plus they have a review process, which they state "Case Review is a tool that allows players who have received an enforcement action (for example, an account suspension or forced Gamertag change) to have their enforcement reviewed by a member of the

    Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team."

    You contacted them, they reviewed the info and they upheld their decision.

    The Xbox Enforcement Team does not use the forums here. The only point of contact was the case review process.

    By the way, the Banned GamerTag is CinemaToDaMax if the Enforcement team decides to take a look at this post and not a bot. A P.S I have done the whole review case, and as usually it was upheld like every other case.

    Hold up. Does overturn mean I get my gamertag back or not? This is excatly what they had said ,”Thank you for taking the time to file a Case Review with the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team. After additional review, we will be returning the Gamertag

    My account of 6 years was reported.

    An enforcement action like this is handled by the enforcement team through their website enforcement.xbox.com you can go there and file for a case review and see if they will either clear up the gamertag and give you a credit so that you can get your gamertag
    back. If they decide that their decision is correct and it is against the code of conduct then you would have to pay to get a gamertag change.

    The enforcement team does not follow these forums.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle forced gamertag changes and they do not use the forums. Even without a case review, the reason for the change would be listed on the enforcement site, but the case review is the only way to contact the
    enforcement team.
