    Enforcement Team request per Manager of Xbox Support's recommendation


    Noelle, one of the managers of Xbox Support, recommended I post here in order to reach the Enforcement Team. Here is message I sent her over chat:

    "I have been trying for months to get this issue resolved but no headway has been made. I have had a suspension placed on my account for communication reasons, however I had not used my microphone or messaged any player around the time the suspension was
    placed on my account. I couldn't submit a case review because I found out about the suspension a week after the fact. I have been trying to figure out what happened because I was an ambassador. I was removed sometime last month. I have tried talking to other
    Ambassadors who say they cannot do anything, and the techs in the support chat tell me to either make a post on the forums, voice my opinion with the vote system, or make a new account to be an ambassador. The issue with this is that the Enforcement team does
    not reply to forum posts, as stated by many Ambassadors, the voice your opinion site has 417 posts related to my issue already so I highly doubt I would get a fix from posting there, and I do not want to make a totally new account just to be an ambassador
    (plus the Ambassadors United requires the user to have a gold subscription for a certain amount of time and a gamer score above a certain number). Like I said I've talked to numerous techs who have said they would contact me again about this, but I have been
    waiting for 3 months now for the first tech I talked to to reply back. In short, I'm looking for a way to contact the Enforcement team to get this suspension resolved so I can be a part of the ambassador program again."

    Now I know that the Enforcement Team does not check the forums, but she insisted by saying "They usually respond within 24 hours. Just check your messages from time to time as they might send you a private message." and that "They may provide you options
    on how to make it work." so I am only going off of her word. I can provide proof if need be.

    Enforcement Team, if you would please send me a private messsge or an email so we can figure this out that would be great.

    enough is enough time to take legal action

    As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to the enforcement team will not email or message you upon request.

    If you receive any type of enforcement action you are sent an email telling you why & how long for or you can check on the enforcement site

    I posted here on the recommendation of Microsoft support. They said the enforcement team does post here. Thanks for the info though.

    Sorry, but M3tal is correct. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If you are no longer able to submit a review there is nothing else you can do. Support has been known to send people here with incorrect information a
    lot, especially concerning the enforcement team.
