Enforcement team reply needed!

hello, im sure this happens every 30 minutes but i honestly believe that i have been improperly banned for 2 weeks until the 22nd. i already submitted a case review and checked my email which revealed i was banned for sexist slurs?? however I just looked
through all my messages, there is some smack talk, nothing overly offensive though. That and everyone in my messages with the exception for one of my real life friends is a guy. So please tell me why i would say a sexist remark to a girl i know in real life?
I am and never have been, sexist, racist or anything that judges people on the genetic makeup that makes them who they are. I would like a valid explanation for this because getting banned for 2 weeks when im pretty sure i did not do anything wrong feels sort
of like xbox is just making me waste my money. Kind of makes me sick to be honest, I hear of people getting banned all the time now for talking trash on rated "M" games, using mild cursewords on these games SHOULD NOT be a banable offence, if a player that
is offended by harsh language in these games they are likely not even LEGALLY OLD ENOUGH to be playing this game, and you should consider adding a report feature that allows us to report those who we believe arent LEGALLY OLD ENOUGH to play the game.

Like Internet Expert said above, we do not have any information regarding Xbox Live Enforcement actions. When they take actions against and account or device, they send an email informing you of that to your Microsoft Account attached to your Xbox Live account.

We do not have any further information nor speculation to share. Thanks for understanding.

ENFORCEMENT TEAM REPLY PLEASE

The Enforcement Team does not post here on the forums. The only way to get in contact with them is to submit a case review, if you're eligible.

Log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com to review your suspension details, and see if you're eligible for a case review.

I cannot submit a case review.. the suspension isn't on my account.. I sign into the enforcement page and I scroll down and I see no suspension... so therefore I am not able to submit a case review. I contacted the support line on Microsoft and they told
me about my suspension.. but I am un able to file a case review since I cannot see the suspension penalty on my account on the enforcement page.

I'm sorry to hear about your ban. Microsoft definitely does not want you to waste your money. However, they also try to create a respectful/family friendly play environment. Regardless of who communication is between, any "smack talk", even if it isn't
"overly offensive" (as you mentioned), is against the rules of Xbox communications and one can be suspended/banned for violating Code of Conduct or Terms of Use.

Again, I am sorry for your suspension, but please be respectful to all in your communications. This is the best way to avoid suspensions.

I appreciate your response. A competitive atmosphere is definitely great. I hope your case review goes well. The only thing I can think of that would cause a suspension is that the smack talk could be reported because someone thought it was "bullying"
which is against the CoC. I am just trying to think of reasons that could cause this in attempt to help you out. Good luck again!

what was the joke cause if you had something in your bio like "10th prestige for 1600 ms points" even if you never got the points they still perm ban for it as solicitation is not allowed even as a joke.
