Enforcement team problem

ok so back in 2006 i made my account and i got a ban in like a month for 24hours turns out i had my youtube name in my bio ? i didnt no it was breaking the rules lol but any way... enough people i beat in cod2 reported me cause they got owned and of course
i got a ban so..... why 8 and a half years later when im playing 50-100 cheats on cod per week boosting in corners and cheating and i report them do i get hit with a 14 day and im told thats a 3rd ban time limit not a 2nd so the enforcement team skipped a
ban ???? and not only 1 was it 14 days but i coudlnt log in till today 16 days later so it was really a 16 day ban and not only did they refuse to tell me why on forum but they refused to deal with any questions i asked. WHO THE F DO I COMPLAIN TO ABOUT THEM
??? THEY BAN ME FOR NO REASON AND SKIP A BAN AND GIVE ME EXTRA DAYS PLUS REFUSAL TO DEAL WITH ME AND TELL ME WHY ??

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

The Enforcement Team can be reached via the below forum section, please note that threads in that specific section are reviewed before they are published so you may not see your thread appear straight away.

Generally, that section is to enquire about a ban however they wont be able to answer questions regarding why other people are (or are not) suspended. You should of got an email sent to the email address tied to your gamertag to explain why you were suspended.
If you don't see one then please use the above section.

I am not sure they will provide you with any added gold membership to cover the period of your suspension as this is part of the punishment when a user has enforcements made against them.
