Enforcement team please undo chat ban

I got a chat ban without my knowledge and I might need help,I have a chat ban but I never got an email,never got a message from xbox live and when I check my bans/suspensions on the website it's not showing up so I can't do a case review. Please,if this
is some ban that I have and not some glitch lift it please.I don't understand why this has happened and I beg that I have this ban and/or glitch fixed.I can't chat with my friends or anyone else so it's kind of hard playing some games that require team cooperation
and it limits the fun to even playing my favorite games making them kinda boring,so please,help me with this glitch/Ban please,I've tried even xbox customer support they said that the same problem has been reported before but they couldn't really help but
one guy I talked to said he could try to notify you guys and call back if he got an answer and never called back so I don't know what else to do so that's why I beg that I'm unbanned or I get helped with this glitch (if it even is a glitch) Thank You.

Console Ban

Please avoid posting your full name and serial numbers.

The forums are no longer the place to review enforcement action and since you were console banned there is no way to undo the ban. You cannot appeal the ban as well.

Click the link in my signature to look at the enforcement teams website and review the ban. (Make sure you sign in with the account that got the ban / suspension)

You can always submit a case review on this site: enforcement.xbox.com

The enforcement team will look in to your request and if the ban was unfair, they'll undo the ban.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums.
