    Enforcement Team please unbanned my MAIN account, i apologize for breaking the code of conduct, I spent thousands of hours in that account, and rack up over 44k gamerscore. I been a loyal fan, bought hundreds of dollars worth in games and also bought an
    Xbox One Elite Controller. I miss my account and playing with my friends. Please Enforcement Team give me one more chance.

    It is only the enforcement team who can ban and reinstate accounts. Xbox support, Xbox Ambassadors and members of the forum can not unban your account.

    You'll have to contact the enforcement team further on this issue then. Only the XBLPET (Enforcement Team) can ban and unban accounts.

    You Guys aren't listening!!

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans, and they do not use the forums. There is no one on the forums who can unban your account. Even if you had filed an unauthorized access investigation and your account was found to be out of your control
    at the time, the enforcement team does not always unban accounts.
