Enforcement team please listen

My account has suffered a series of hacking attacks over the passed month, they manipulated my profile, they suped my achievement score up to an unrealistic level very quickly

I promise you i have never and will never ever cheat on xbox live. Many reading this will probably say yeah right, but i outright promise you i have never done this and i am not responsible for this.

i have screen shot and email proof that i have been hacked, you have not seen this evidence, you have not allowed me to show you this evidence.

i don't want to be seen as a cheater for something i did not do, you might not think i have morals but i really do. if im not allowed to prove it to you i will leave. I will remove my entire xbox and microsoft account along with my hotmail and never return
to xbox. i wont stay if i cant have my name cleared and everything back to the way it used to be before i suffered this attack.

I know you have to keep gaming fair, i dont believe it cheating, i wouldnt even cheat in my job to get to higher position never mind cheat on xbox live. Ive played by the rules for 10 years now, ive never cheated before you know this, i never have and i
never will regardless of what you can see on your screens i promise you that wasnt me.

If you can only listen to me and see my evidence to prove i was hacked, thats all i ask of you. please contact me please ask to see my evidence that i was hacked and i didnt cheat my xbox live account. it would mean so much if you would just please look
at my proof of evidence.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If your account was compromised, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation (if you haven't already). 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us Even with an investigation, it is no guarantee that will remove any enforcement actions on the accounts. You would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

 

ive done all of these things this is the whole point of the post, they didnt even look at the evidence this is a last ditch attempt at hope before im gone for good.

i have nothing else to try. you say they dont use these forums but the chats keep telling me to post something, for the last time saying this "i cannot post a case review" or i would have done another one thats the whole point they shut down the case inside
12 hours before id even got home from work and didnt even ask to look at my evidence which proves my account was hacked from outside sources from another country.

if as you say this is a waste of time then this account and my time with xbox is well and truly over! because i won't go down as a cheater when ive never cheated and i wont start again. I also won't allow xbox to keep the money that ive poured into the account
over the last 10 years which has been reduced to dust by some very small minded people and an enforcement team who wont do anything for the victim of the assault.

if theres anything else that can help then please let know because to be honest im at the end of my rope and ready to hang myself and say screw it because the damage is already done ive got nothing left to loose. id rather completely walk away from xbox
for good with my pride and principals intact. because ive never seen such poor injustice for hacking victims such as this.

 

If you've already done those things, then there is nothing else you can do. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision there is no way around it.

 

yeah they upheld the decision as I've said without even looking at the evidence that i was hacked, which currently is making me feeling like i should erase everything and not even be a part of the xbox community anymore because they won't even help me the
victim who's had his whole gaming career ruined by some hacker from another country and the enforcement team who seem to not even give a damm.
