Enforcement team please contact me

Last week I started up my xbox and logged in to my account only to find out that I couldn't play online anymore. I played GTA Online mostly. So at first I thought, well, maybe my gold membership expired so I called our Dutch Microsoft Helpdesk
which advised me to contact the enforcement team to find out why I am currently banned!! That's all that they could tell me. I've been banned. On both my accounts it seems. Please tell me, why am I suddenly banned on my first ever xbox account? The one I've
had for like a billion years??

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.The only way to contact them is via a case review.

If the case review was upheld then there's nothing you can do other than wait out the suspension.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to the enforcement team are not obliged to show you any evidence or specifics.
