Support can not say anything about the Enforcement Team, here I'm only referred back to the source page with only the following contacts: Support and this forum.
In the end, there are no answers to emails?
Are your customers still important to you? You make this a beta and leave your customers with no way to complain or unjustified bans?
Say, are you still fine?

Ban Enforcement teams number

What you are not understanding is that it may be a phone number for the enforecement team but the OFFICIAL way to get them to look at a suspension is by going through the case review process.

That is all we have ever said when replying to your previous posts.

So by you giving out this phone number is not going to do any good to people that want their case reviewed.

I never said anything about case review. I just said contact. That is what you dont understand.

99.9 % of the time people want the contact information for enforcement is due to a suspension.

Ban Enforcement teams number

well first official numbers are easy to confirm

Call it and see if the IVR is there

Here is a hint there is no separate number for managers

You have to be escalated from an agent

Also since you seem to be able to Call you should know right away it's fake

Any phone number that important would be spammed

You would never be able to get thru as they would be robocalled

It's a trick if you google it

People get you to call a long distance phone number which costs 15cents to 1-2 dollars depending on where they are

425 think about it why would a multi national corporation have you call long distance for enforcement it doesn't happen as you never be able to get thru

And since you can get thru but never get an agent and even if you did you would be spending hours because it's reviewed by a team not a single person

Do you really want to be responsible for people spending 100s of dollars waiting on a fake number on long distance bills

Support does not handle enforcement issues. So they cannot do anything about them. The enforcement site is the only place to find information about suspensions and to see about submitting a case review. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact
the enforcement team and possibly have a suspension lifted.

If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review

- You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.

- Note: Currently, Xbox device bans are not eligible for Case Review.

I am very good friends with a Microsoft employee for one, and two, 425 is redmonds area code. The reason the number is a call back number is because yes you are correct it is spammed. And anyway look with your eyes. A support agent would not give a number
