    Enforcement team not lifting suspensions

    I was given a 2 week suspension for everything.. and when the case review was finished, the enforcement member said I could play online multiplayer, but little do they know IM STILL SUSPENDED FOR EVERYTHING!! I jump on Xbox and I cannot play online on anything
    and I'm only supposed to be communication banned for 2 weeks. I'm getting my privileges taken away for no reason at all!

    My xbox live account being suspended for 7 days for the dumbest reason ever!

    Unfortunately it only takes one valid complaint to get the Enforcement team's attention.

    That being said, you can post in this forum to find out about your suspension:

    Only the Enformcement Team can comment about a suspension, and lifting a suspension rarely happens. Support does not have access to the information from the Enforcement Team.

    Meaningless Suspension

    Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

    no you been told the reason as mentioned I you're other thread some services are affected by the communication suspension also

    This includes private servers like ea or ubisoft games

    For those games you have to wait out the suspension

    Account falsely banned

    The only thing that you would be able to do is go to the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review were you can appeal the suspension and they will reinvestigate the report and let you know if they can lift the suspension.

    That is the only way to contact the enforcement team and the only way that a suspension can be lifted.

    The enforcement team does not use these forums.

    Communication Ban- Abuse

    To add to what Smwutches has said:

    You can appeal your suspension by filing a case review at the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com

    This would be the ONLY way to get your suspension lifted sooner and this is the ONLY way to contact someone from the enforcement team.

    The enforcement team does NOT follow these forums and they are the only people that can lift a suspension sooner then what it is put in place for.

    A problem with communication/unlawful (without reason, or origin) "violation"

    The only people that can help you with an enforcement action is the enforcement team at their website enforcement.xbox.com they do not monitor these forums.

    If you feel that your suspension was unjust then you can go to that website and file for a case review and the enforcement team will again investigate any report that was made and if it was unjust then they will lift the suspension sooner.

    That is the only way that your suspension will be lifted sooner.

    Need a little help here

    By the time the enforcement team responds to the thread, the suspension will be over. Suspensions are lifted at approximately the same time of day that they were enforced. So it just depends on when the enforcement team issued the suspension. No one here
    will be able to tell you when that was.
