Enforcement team not doing investigation

I want to know why an investigation hasn't been done by the enforcement team. They have no email or phone number to contact them. Called AND chatted with xbox support several time and my issue seems to be going no where. I was told they check these forums.
Please contact me asap.

Yes, they are blocked and reported on my son's account. I checked the profiles on my account to see their last activities which is how I found out nothing had been done yet. I then reported them on my account with the reference # I received from they person
I pm'd with.

Thank you for reaching out. The Enforcement Team does not monitor our forums. The only method of contact with them is through our case review process which is how one would try to appeal a suspension/ban. For more information on this, feel free to check

Thank you for all your replies. Since my screen shot was removed, some of the comments were "
[Mod Removed – Profanity]", " your parents divorced because of you",
[Mod Removed – Profanity] and [Mod Removed – Profanity]", " no one loves you" etc, even when told it was a 7yo. Hope you can understand my concern and thank you for you help.
