Enforcement Team Nightmare. Help!

I know there are tons of horror stories about the Enforcement Team. And while a lot can be seen as gamers simply complaining about being reported or banned, some hold credibility. For this reason, I'll try to explain everything as best as I can, unbiased.

I've been an XBL subscriber for 8 years. I've had many gamertags over the years and I like to think they've all made people laugh and smile. When I enter games, people always comment and message saying how great they are. My first "inappropriate" GT was
[Mod Removed - Inappropriate]. This was reported. Then it was
[Mod Removed - Inappropriate] I believe. Reported. Then [Mod Removed - Inappropriate]. Reported.
I finally settled on [Mod Removed - Inappropriate]. Which, as you guess, was reported. But it was this time, 2 years ago, that I finally realized you can appeal their decision. So i did. And they overturned it. I received a free GT change.
Unfortunately [Mod Removed - Inappropriate] wasnt available even though they promised I could change it back. I believe I went through Microsoft support and they figured it out. So while it was a pain, I finally regained
[Mod Removed - Inappropriate]. Support also said that even if
[Mod Removed - Inappropriate] was reported, it wouldn't be changed (because Enforcement had decided it abided by the CoC.)
As we know, there is absolutely no way for a customer (or even Support apparently) to contact the Enforcement Team. This is a headache.

Fast forward 2 years, just about a week ago. A player messaged me something like "enjoy the gamertag change." I didnt think anything of it obviously. But a couple days later, same thing happened. Message from Xbox Live saying I received an infraction and
they changed my GT. I appealed it and they overturned it again. Same thing, I can't change it back to
[Mod Removed - Inappropriate]. I have talked with Support twice and they can't do anything. One guy finally gave up and just said "refer to the CoC so this doesnt happen again." Not very helpful.

If anybody has experienced this, any help would be appreciated. I finally joked with the Support guy and said "maybe I'll just get hired on the Enforcement Team and fix it from the inside."
I think it is a bit ridiculous the Enforcement Team is like barracaded behind this locked doors that nobody can access.

Also, I find it especially humourous the generic gamertag they gave me was JollyCalf...haha

Tldr: Enforcement Team promised a free name change to a previous GT. Not happening. Twice this has happened. I'm sad.

Enforcement Team, HELP

My account ( ) has had it's gamer score hacked by my friend without my permission My friend was over and I went to do something in the house and I came back and he had hacked assassin's creed's achievements to the max I got really angry at
him and we haven't talked since that day Also I was in a call of duty world at war lobby months previous to that and there was a hacker that hacked my gamer score (with everyone else in the lobby) up to max score. I am currently stressed and paranoid that
I am going to get banned for something I didn't do. Please respond. Please help me.

Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. Sadly, no one here in the Forums or on the Support team can make a decision or any changes to the change in your gamertag. If it was reported as being inappropriate by another individual and it was determined
that it indeed was by the Enforcement team, then that would stand in this case. Sometimes what one person believes to be okay/innocuous can be seen as offensive to others and its best to avoid anything that may be misconstrued by others when using a public
profile. The only way to dispute the action is to file a case review or contact the Enforcement team is by going to https://enforcement.xbox.com.

Thank you for the speedy response! The issue here is that I DID submit a case review and they DID overturn their decision.

They started I would receive a free Gamertag change and my previous GT would be made available. This is all from the Enforcement Team. They're just not following through ):
