ENFORCEMENT TEAM NEEDS TO GET BETTER

How horrible it is to be a female and a gamer and on XBOX, a 24 hour ban doesnt seem so bad unless its your only day off and didnt do anything to deserve the ban! This enforcement team NEEDS to get better, it is not fair that I have to recieve dirty
messages from countless men and not a single one of them gets banned when I report them, but because someone who streams on twitch can ask their fans to report me I get banned instantly, I didnt even cuss, he team killed me, made sexual comments about my
gamertag, I team killed him back and responded with you are an idiot so that got me banned HOW? Its double standards, I'm sure if I got on twitch I could have a ton of people report him and do just the same.. But I shouldn't have to stoop as low as him for
this to be fair, I shouldnt be banned, you have NO contact numbers, and because its a 24 hour ban I also can not fight it, your system is NOT fair, you need to change it if you want to keep your fans, ive had Xbox live since it started over 10 years ago, your
slowly one by one loosing your fan base because of crap like this... STOP MAKING IT SO EASY FOR PEOPLE OF POPULARITY TO GET AWAY WITH THIS.,. and please EXPLAIN why you have no problem banning me for the term idiot, but you wont ban the numerous men who send
me unwanted sexual disgusting messages to me!?!??? I'm sure I'm not the only female whose curious to know that answer !

Got false comm ban for no reason

I have contacted the enforcement team and they say that oh we're sorry your going to have to wait it out even though it was a false ban the Xbox enforcement team needs to get better at their job.

 

Unwarranted suspension of account

Xbox enforcement team are Law judges or Lawyers, for sure.

But they do enforce the law agreed on the TOU. No one gets banned for no reason. Try to file a case review to the Xbox enforcement team to get a better understanding.

 

Report and block them via the console.

Other then an occasional "we took action" message, you will not be informed of enforcement actions taken on reports you file.

 

You do not get a suspension unless you have done something wrong no matter how many reports get filed against you.

If someone sends you disgusting messages over live then report & block them.

Set communications to friends only if need be.

You are not told the result of any report you file so can not know whether they have been suspended or not.

On very rare occasions you might get a thank you message from the enforcement team if someone receives enforcement action due to a report you've filed but this does not happen often.

There is no contact phone number because it would just get spammed.

 

the term idiot is what was deemed wrong, but my problem is the fact they say "idiot" is offensive but the countless messages I get of sexual harassment I report is not wrong, if I get banned for using the word idiot then how the
heck does saying you wanna see my [Mod Removed] and calling me a
[Mod Removed] not get a ban? ....... I seriously dont talk in lobbies, I dont talk to people im not friends with, the one time I actually respond to a message from someone who sent me a nasty message I get banned because I used the word idiot?! ...
I dont expect a notice whether someone I reported got banned or not.. I have been blocking the randoms, but if I don't block them and they keep messaging the next day and the next day then they obviously didnt get banned, I also put this to a test and had
a friend see if he would get banned, he never did,, this isnt my first go around with something like this and I know the code of conduct to well.. I had to also fight to keep my gamertag of over 10 years because was also deemed innapropriate ,,,
just tired of the hassle at this point
