Enforcement Team Needs to Change Now

I am sick of this new way of Xbox. I can not go 2 days without being banned after 2 week bans. This is not fair for paying customers to play under the terms and service in placed now. If you swear, even to your friends you can be banned for two weeks. If
some one cusses you out in the mic chat, and you respond back in message doing the same thing, banned for two weeks.

What ever happened to being able to say what you want. I'm not saying actual harassment, like telling them you are going to harm them or showing them their IP. I'm talking about regular gaming trash talk. Stop trying to baby sit adults, Microsoft. This
is why more people are on PS4. They can say virtually what they want without being censored by a retarded automated service that cuts off connection from every one.

The system is even broken. I got banned for using the word gay for two weeks. Just using the word gay. That's it. Some kid called me a sweaty nerd for me killing him on rainbow six and I reported him. A few days later he's back trying to message me. Wouldn't
he get banned for harassment? This is complete bull ****.

Also the case review system is designed for the customer to have as little say as possible. You only get 500 words to explain Xbox's crappy service and all you get sent back is a automated message basically saying " **** you no one read what you had to say,
enjoy your ban."

Please Microsoft fix this. Someone please actually read this and do not just ignore it. There has been many posts about this on user voice with enforcement team changes post going up to 700 votes. Stop ignoring this horrible non user friendly system. We
want to talk to the enforcement team, not into a empty void like now.

See I have no problem with the communications ban I deserve that but my profile being banned is the problem it was banned because I reported there messages as they sent them. I never reported one message more than once but they say it's harassment all I
did was report the person's message because he was harassing me about being banned. And if you would have read it through you would have seen that I admitted to deserving the com's ban instead of trying to be the all mighty it's your behavior that's the problem
and just a heads up I am not the only person that thinks the enforcement team should be changed in a couple of ways like the way they communicate between the banner and the person being banned

It's not the enforcement team that is the issue it's your behaviour.

As in life you know better it doesn't matter who started the fight if you break the rules you are accountable for your own actions

 

I donno where you been but you have never been allowed to curse ever on any online service period

And no not.statting a fight does not make.you immune to the rules

Everyone has to abide by the rules and yes it always has been this way

AndAnd no you cannot curse on ps4

You can google it yourself lots and lots of suspensions just for cursing

Even in extreme cases actual console bans via the ps3

You could always say what you want as long as it doesn't infringe on the rights of others

Private citizens and companies can enforce the rules of the house why do you think someone can kick you out of their home or a workplace can punish you for cursing

Didn't need to read your post to agree. The enforcement team simply takes a report as fact without digging into it to make a fair decision then no matter what reason you give in a Suspension Appeal it falls on deaf ears because they don't want to spend time
doing their job.

No online gaming systems allows direct access to the enforcement team for good reason

1 you never get thru because the line would be spammed as spammers and prank and every hacker would be robot dialing how much sense does it make? Or answering phones for you after you ask 12 x for your account back rather then doing their job which is to

Moderated approach prevents spam and let's the enforcers.do their job monitor and protect the network and it's intergrity and help gamers who need help not ask every week for their account back evdn though they been told many times before

Because you are on allowed one chance fo appeal and no you aren't allowed to swear on any system I suggest you actually look it up you must be rated e for everyone

If you are getting reported by your friends maybe you need to get new friends if fhey are being offended by you maybe you should start using common sense ?

2 A rating of the game is the rating of the game not the online experiences which is not rated

You must be rated e for everyone and esrb ratting only affects who Buys it not who plays it

And FYI swearing on forums isn't allowed same rules applies

Blocking is meant to mute annoying players but it's not a final solution if there is an offensively player they may also report them

If you are offending people. Time to limit your exposure like friends only and not party chat

Everything is investigated and no there is no instant bans

But a straight case of cursing what is there to dispute

Well to be honest in the glorious days of early 2007 when playing Gears of War online before party chat existed, that was litteraly a vocal war game. Me and my friends are from Quebec and speak french and we where pretty good at that game, so you can imagine
how lots of players reacted hearing french peoples talk to each other while loosing big time. So they started to trash talk or say gibberish to mock us, we would respond back and then insults would fly all over the place. It only calmed itself when we started
to use party chat as the feature became available.

And guess what? I was never banned... not even vocal muted for a day.

Now the thing is with the new system is you just can't be vulgar in messages... vocally i think as long as you don't insult an xbox live moderator you are fine as before. But if you send a trash talk message and it get reported, then its an auto suspension.
So the key is to be sarcastic. Instead of saying "go in social you ******* noob, you ****" You have to say "you know there is a playlist for beginners call social right? I think you should try it out, would be better suited for you, you will have more fun"

Xbox can't differenciate if im actually making a constructive remark there by politely pointing out to a true beginner, or if im just sarcastic and pretty much saying what i said above but in disguise. Its all about avoiding profanity.

As for the complain system tough, it does is broken, if you have the luck or bad luck in that case of playing NHL and being very skilled at the game, peoples will avoid you and put "cheating" or whatever and in no time your reputation will need work or be
on avoid me. I even have a friend who play GOW on competitive with his squad and they are beasting and he got the avoid me threatement...

Honestly i think microsoft should enforce the xbox live more in person than by automatic stuff. For a start get on CALL OF DUTY WORLD AT WAR and ban every single one of these cheaters who fly in the map with god mode on. Thats clearly cheating, yet they
seem allow to do it without any banhammer...

The difference is you may not have been reported back then

And yes you have to be reported to get suspended

That's OK Dukey Test XX, you won't have to worry about your account for much longer. Since you can't or won't change your behavior online Microsoft will be glad to ban your account permanently after one or two more bans for the same thing.

You also don't know a thing about how the PS4 network works (neither reporting system is automated) but feel free to take your game play there and see how long you last while saying what you want over there.
