    I would NOT recommend XBOX LIVE. And therefore a XBOX console. Once your purchase a XBOX console your stuck with XBOX LIVE. Now since all Ive know is XBOX live I cant say if they are better or worse than Sony Playstation. I have been told that Sony is
    better but cant confirm. _____***** So Bottom line!! **** _______

    FIRST do your homework before making the plunge into XBOX and their Incredibly Poor and frustrating service. If you think resolving an issue will be Hard, frustrating and without resolution? You got that right!!

    follow the rules it's that simple all the rules is the same be NICE and respectful and don't try to he a fraud and you can get along with your fellow players common it's not rocket science

    One you should feel fortunate that there is an appeal

    Sony doesn't have a service and yes the service is the same

    2 being nice and respectful is a universal rule so if you had a communication suspension it's easy

    It doesn't matter who starts it You are responsible for your own actions or actions of any user of your console

    3 you are never told what caused your suspension due to the privacy and security of the network retaliation isn't allowed

    4 use common sense it will go along ways

    Thank you for your comments. I say respectfully, you comments lack wisdom and good judgement in this situation. They are in whole good but do not apply here. If a person or group of people choose to be malicious to you and cause your account to be banned
    with no just cause, then how would your comments apply to this scenario?

    1. I am nice and respectful.

    2. If Xbox is going to suspend a paid service then they should offer a resolution that is fair. I do not have the time or desire to read up on Xbox issues or rules. They are NOT common sense questions ( Xbox test to trigger enforcement to take next step).
    A simple email or chat would handle a situation such as this especially for a paying customer. Xbox is giving unethical players the tools to do wrong, allowing Innocent players to be bullied and thus be banned. This is shameful and XBOX should offer compensation!

    that is incorrect whenever the service is paid or free YOU must abide by the rules.

    Communication suspension can be handed out for bad communication and only for bad communication regardless of which network you are on and yes even free psn or paid psn has enforcement rules so do your own reaearch

    You don't know and will ever be told who reported you (that's the privacy laws not to mention the whistle blower protection) or what incident caused your suspension as mentioned it's rarely instant if it was then you wouldn't be posting it (as it wouldn't
    have anything to do with your suspension unless you know for a fact you did something wrong)

    The law trumps any right to retaliate in anyway

    I suggest you google harassment on psn and Sony vs

    Emo kid and yes that is a policy and the kid lost against SONY and Nintendo and ms combined

    And yes harassment is against the law

    You can only ask to reinvestigation and if it's upheld you are accountable for your own actions and there is nothing you can do

    FYI Sony enforces the same rules and DOESNT have a case review

    And no its against the law to ask who accused you )privacy laws)

    And no you don't have the right to face your accuser because it's not government or a court

    If you use common sense the moral questions should be relatively easy to answer common hacking an account what world would you live in that purple person is a normal or moral thing

    Explain to me about that

    If you don't understand basic right and wrong how do you expect that you followed the rules if you can't even tell if something is a violation of the terms of use in any service including sony

    You do realize that rules are the fact of life and yes they can enforce network rules

    Thanks for taking the time to try and explain XBOX rules. If you thought I would seriously expect XBOX to compensate for a imperfect environment and allow unethical players to take advantage of the system, then that was not my intention. My initial comment
    was to lay facts to anyone considering buying a XBOX console and thus XBOX live. I will take your word that Sony is even worse and does not have the systems in place that XBOX does. But it still remains true that this system is below standards that the professional
    or consumer based market place has in place. Sony should not be XBOX's bench mark. Rather Xbox, should not settle with their poor current resolution to this banning issue. THIS IS NOT ABOUT WHAT XBOX CAN AND CANT DO! Its about excelling and doing what is
    right. Have have excellent Business and personal ethics and treat everyone with respect and kindness. Apparently a person with out those characteristics was able to USE the system to harm another player which happens to be me. My comments were a warning
    to potential buyers and I have no expectations XBOX cares or will even attempt to address my situation. Again Thank you for taking the time to provide information you thought would be helpful.

  9. If everyone only respects the rules of Xbox and all show common courtesy like how we do in real life. No one will ever get banned, be it those aggressor or those that got trick in to replying code of conduct violating words.

    There are 50 millions plus XBL users that can follow simple rules and be nice, why can't some others? Its a mystery for sure. Oh well I guess online gaming really isn't for them.
