So this kid and all his friend (all on my team) kills me and tea bags me just to rub it in my face.

i tell him "pussy grow up" and laughed when he got killed. BUT while doing so hes been inviting me to his party of friends to talk **** but i didnt. Then after i ignored it he goes "JOIN or REPORTED". So the code of conduct for xbox and the definition for

i made myself clear when i did the case review about how HE made my gaming experience horrible and how they did unsporting behaviour and then went to illegally extort me to be ridiculed. but in the end i get banned for calling him a "pussy" while he does
illegal activities and gets away with it... so does that mean you're allowed to do anything illegal aslong as you don't swear? or does microsoft just condone and encourage extortion? 2 weeks banned because a little kid and his friends tked me and i got no
right to get mad?

Extortion!

Microsoft is following federal law for the COPPA law (you can go to coppa.org to learn more about it). Unless that 50 cents is paid there is nothing the forums can do or phone support can do about going around it. Everyone with a child under the age of 13
has to do it regardless if they have a silver or gold subscription.

Need enforcement team to contact me about a harassment issue plz contact me because the report system does not work and if no one's contacts me I will be taking legal against the enforcement team for not doing their job and letting people harass and troll
people with multiple accounts

 

Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

You violated the ToU/CoC,that's why you were suspended.Doesn't matter who starts it or what they say,if you respond in a way that breaks the rules you risk a suspension.

If you reported this person then they will be investigated.You wont be told the result of that investigation.

Sometimes you may get a thank you message if someone receives enforcement action due to a report you've filed but this is rare & you are not give any specifics.
