    Enforcement Team is Trash Here's Why


    In two heated events where I was told to"KYS" which we all know what that means, I decided to retaliate. These players are still playing to this day while me, a United States Marine gets the ban. So lesson learned, Xbox don't support veterans and I'm ensuring
    I don't spend another dime on Xbox since they don't know how to treat their community. Bye and enjoy your drop in sales.

    I get banned on xbox live for 2 weeks for telling my friend come on fag as a joke. I made a case review they said decision upheld and said theyve revoked 7 days yet im still banned if i dont get unbanned by this friday im just gonna switch to ps4 honestly
    and yous might act like this isnt a big deal but tons of people are switching because of the trash enforcement team and its also people that are super loyal that have been on xbox for over 9 years and have spent thousands of dollars on it. In conclusion unban
    me by this friday 17/11/2017 or im switching to ps4

    It does not matter who starts it if you violate the code of conduct your profile is subject to being suspended.

    You will not be told if another player that you report is suspended or not so you will not know for sure if they are ever suspended or not.

    You can contact the enforcement team by filing a case review on their website at enforcement.xbox.com

    Considered yourself luck The Big Willie, I agree with that the enforcement team tries to force communication without seeing both sides as they are not in the game. I'm sure all they do is read the messages between the players so it looks one sided. If I
    call a kid a [insert expletive here] in one message, he/she doesn't reply back they have no idea what was said over the mic.

    My issue with the team is that they never respond back to my post. I had paid $10 to change my gamertag to "D33znuttz G0t3m" I held this gamertag for a long time. Note I paid $10 fee to have it changed to this. They (enforcement tutu wearing brony ninjas)
    took it upon themselves to say my gamertag was a code of conduct concern and forcefully changed it.

    I actually called support and I could tell they were reading from a script I am sure they have one for such things. I told them that I should be able to change my Gamertag to what I want as I paid for it. It was not a breach of code of conduct until someone
    got butthurt and decided as much at a later time.

    They argued with me on the phone I was "transferred" to a MOD/supervisor I doubt it. I told her what Microsoft did was like charging me for an apple, letting me hold the apple. Then taking the apple from me before I am able to do what I want to with the
    apple and kept my money. I asked how that's legal to have me pay for a certain item(gamertag) then removing it and not allowing me to just change it. So I had to buy another $10 gamertag and I feel that I should be entitled to a refund from this. It's bad
    business practice.

    I too stopped buying as much on the Xbox. If there is a way to see my account data analytics they would notice a huge drop in my account. To be fair I don't think it's the enforcement teams problem how the end user is treated I feel it's bad communication
    from support and the posts that go unanswered that are submitted to the enforcement team.

    What do I know, I got another suspension for communication while I was away on a business trip. Got the email last Monday night. I don't have access again until April 3rd. I'm a bad egg I guess.

    Why did my account get suspension

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    For info on any suspensions/bans you have you need to go to the enforcement site
    here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    Usually you are not told the outcome of any report you've filed so you would not know if someone has been suspended or not.

    Sometimes you may get a thank you message from the enforcement team but it is quite rare.
    Yeah I did that but they upheld their disscusion Idk why if I don't cuss when I trash talk unless you can't trash talk at all because I just said trash Idk that's a threat to anyone but all I know is that I am banned from Xbox live for two weeks and it sucks
