    Enforcement team is just automated computers


    I was on the phone with microsoft do to an unjust ban of communications and when i asked to speak to someone from the enforcement team i was told that no one has a way to contact them i filed an appeal to my ban while xbox was closed and got a upheld verdict
    3 hours before they open so dont even try to appeal its just computers looking for key words and will keep your ban and a bunch of morons in the call center giving you the run around

    You're only option is the case review. Keep in mind bans and suspensions can happen weeks after the fact meaning it's most likely not related to the time the Xbox was off.

    The Enforcement Team does their best to ensure that all gamers are treated in a just and fair manner. If your ban was upheld then all you can do right now is wait it out and learn from it. Coming on here to vent your frustrations is not a productive use
    of your downtime.

    The bans are never unjust because they only happen if you break the Code of Conduct. Social engineering is something they avoid by blocking outside contact to the Enforcement team.

    The enforcement team is real people. They have staff working 24/7 as there is reports coming in from all over the world. Only way that they can be contacted is through the case review. Xbox support will not be able to assist with any enforcement action
    against an account as they do not have access to that part of the system.
