Enforcement Team is broken, Now so is my account.

So earlier in August I received a Communications ban.

Fair. I was naughty.

25 hours after I received an Abuse, Harassment and Threats ban.

WHILE IM BANNED FROM COMMS.

But that's not what's annoying me.

It's been 27 HOURS since both bans ended.

My Communication privileges still haven't been Reinstated.

When will the Enforcement Team do their job properly?

And does anyone know how I can fix my comms?

It just says my privacy settings won't let me talk to anyone.

They're set to everybody.

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

Enforcement is broken

Sounds like you may of had your suspension extended due to other violations being discovered.

If nothing is showing on the enforcement site
here then contact support here & they should be able to tell you whether your suspension has been extended but wont be able to do anything about it.

If it's a 100 day suspension it wont show on the enforcement site & can not be appealed.

If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
the account.

We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The
primary place for further information will be the Xbox Enforcement page
while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
Contact Us page to inquire
if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

I tried the hard reset, it's still saying my privacy settings are blocking chat? And I can't send messages, but my setting are fully open

You can try the enforcement team but doubt they will lift any suspension,1 of my kids went on his brothers xbox,sent a rude message to his xbox then reported him and got him banned,😂😂 enforcement team wouldnt lift his ban even thou i phoned and
explained the situation

The account holder is responsible for their account & everything that happens on it.Joke or not,if the rules were broken then it's the account holder that gets the suspension.

The enforcement team can not be contacted by phone so you must have spoken to support & anything enforcement related is nothing whatsoever to do with them.

A case review via the enforcement site is the only way to appeal any type of enforcement action if eligible.

The appeals process is totally broken and theres NO way to actually speak with the enforcement team....

Xblpet are not hackers. Xblpet is the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team. They the ones who ban/suspend you when the rules are broken.

If the ban was that long ago then there is nothing you can do as you cant apply for a case review for something that long ago and that is the only way to reach the enforcement team.

That account will be banned forever.
