Enforcement Team is bad.

hello, I recently was banned for communication and harassment. I filed for reviews and when I did so the enforcement team banned me from communication for 100 days. I understand saying no to my reviews, but adding extra? I've been paying for xbl for over
5 years, if stuff like this keeps happening I will gladly go to ps4. If any xbox employee would like to explain to me how me filing for a review to get unbanned warranted for a worse ban please let me know.

If you’re unsure why your suspension was extended, please review your Enforcement History, which includes the type of
violation associated with each enforcement action

We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The
primary place for further information will be the Xbox Enforcement page
while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
Contact Us page to inquire
if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

The enforcement team do not use these forums. They can only be contacted via the case review process on enforcement.xbox.com.

This isn't the place to have a discussion or bad mouth the enforcement team.

Well, you're obviously concerned, but you have to report the bad conduct from the Xbox itself to report it to the enforcement team to get them to act on it. Select the gametag of the bad guy by tapping on the silver GUIDE button then select Friends - go
two tabs to the right to the icon for Players, select the player, and then report them.

Also, the Enforcement Team may be working with law enforcement already, waiting for the bad guy to pull out enough rope to catch him with.
