Enforcement team is an abusive fraud

So I got suspended for like 30 hour yesterday supposedly for improper communication had a xbox gold account for quite a few years never had a complaints never been in trouble with my account then out of the blue suspended. Can't ask why was told that I can't
get a review because my suspension is only 24 hours and it is is clearly longer than 24 hrs. The only thing I can think that I did wrong was cursing in my private chat with my friends. Been doing that for years never had a problem. Hey xbox you do know recording
and eavesdropping without knowledge or consent is a felony. Also it is censoring free speech protected by the first amendment. You should tell people exactly why you are suspending them to correct their behavior. Hey if anybody out wants to help look into
and research getting a layer interested in a class action lawsuit against xbox for suspending that accounts and and first amendment censorship.

If you receive verbal abuse or abusive messages over live block,avoid & report the sender,do not retaliate by sending abusive messages yourself.

Read the Terms of Use. You were told when signing up for the service to have no expectation of privacy while using the service and that by agreeing to sign up and use the service that you have consented to all the rules in place.

The jackbooted “enforcement team” is absolutely engaged in fraudulent behavior, for which they have no accountability.

Microsoft, as everyone knows, is one of the sleaziest and most untrustworthy companies in the world, and they have the lawsuits to prove it. I highly reccomend you look into the large and growing number of Class Action Lawsuits against them (as they are
illegitimately refusing you the service end of their contract while still taking your money) over exactly this.

I highly reccomend starting with Johnathan Corbett’s.

 

And when the enforcement team bans you over a completely fabricated incident that they refuse to even provide or explain? *eyeroll*

 

No, but when they create a fictitious event, ban you for it, and then refuse to explain how you could possibly have sent threatening voice messages when you don’t even own a microphone, they are denying you the service they contractually agreed to while
still taking your money, despite the fact that you did not violate the contract (even the changes they recently tried to unlawfully implement without user agreement in the hopes that nobody would notice).

There’s a legal term for this. It’s “Criminal Fraud”, and the incredibly disreputable Microsoft Corp is absolutely synonymous with criminal fraud.

 

Glad to see the Xbox Live Enforcement team doing its job.

Enforcement didn't spy on you out of the blue.

 

When you signed up to xbox live you signed the service agreement which consists of the terms of use. Rules apply to everyone and the suspensions are designed to deter people from committing the same offenses again. You are able to receive a suspension
for voice communication if enough people report you as the enforcement team will look into the complaints. Communication suspensions are also given for offensive messages so there is a good chance you wrote something offensive in a message that you didn’t
believe was offensive but the person who received it believed it was.
