    Enforcement team is alot of nonsense.


    Hello all,

    I think we need to discuss the terrible way the xbox "Enforcement team" go about their business.

    First of all i got an email from xbox saying that my account had been suspended for "Marketplace Theft" which is alot of nonsense as i have not made any financial gain on my account whatsoever. So when i ask for my case to be reviewed i asked for more information
    and an explanation as i have been wrongly accused. However as you can clearly see in the screen shot below..

    My case got "reviewed" and everything i asked got completely IGNORED and they decided the decision was final.

    When i went to the online support "agent" to ask for more details i was told they are unable to do anything about the enforcement team, unable to provide an explanation... And if that's not bad enough..... They can't even provide a contact number for the
    Enforcement team to get any answers from such ignorant vile creatures.

    So here i am, suspended for reasons they can't even tell me, yet expect me to be satisfied for their lack of answers and the way they treat their customers... Here i was thinking of upgrading to an xbox 1.

    Unable to send messages "Due to past behavior"

    It has something to do with the "enforcement" team. I will be switching to PS4 soon because of this nonsense. It happens periodically for me even though I have a perfect rep and record.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately the Enforcement site is the only way to communicate with the XBLPET, also if your console is hosting a lot of account with my home xbox feature set on it this is considered as Marketplace theft.

    Once an enforcement verdict is upheld there is nothing else you can do and no one in the forums might help you.

    My suggestion would be to read the Code of Conduct and make a fresh start.

    @Asavino Stop posting this nonsense on every thread about this problem. And stop suggesting it as the answer. It is a bug caused by the enforcement team. And they clearly don't care. The only solution is buying a PS4.
