    Enforcement team is a joke and aren't actually investigating their case reviews!


    I have recently been on an active suspension, meaning no voice communication of any kind or no communication of any kind to any players whatsoever! And if anyone disagrees please tell me how haha anyways I was on suspension and they gave me another suspension
    without any real answer to why. I put up a case review and they upheld my decision based on voice communication haha I'm still curious as to why they upheld it and I doubt they even actually look at the case reviews after this bull crap! They seriously need
    to get off their lazy bummmmsss and do something! Well look who I'm talking about Mocrosoft, the worst company in existence

    Everything restricted because of Name and Shame and Poor Sportsmanship

    There is no way to speak to the Enforcement team about this on their site as they only do case reviews for actual enforcement action...like suspensions and bans. They don't do case reviews for reputation.

    Xbox Accounts Banned that shouldn't be

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. If the enforcement team upheld their decision with your case reviews, there is nothing else that can be done.

    That's right enforcement team, you know we could take you to court over this, I had a lawyer look into it and if enough people sign on to the complaint list then we will have an easy win for sure! They're in so many violations of their own rules it's crazy,
    he read through their "agreement" and says they can't ban is while we are on a ban, ever according to their own rules haha here we come enforcement pusses

    I need my ban to be appealed

    Good day

    If the "joke" that was send goes against the Code of Conduct the Enforcement team will issue suspension, bans etc after it has been investigated.

    Best is to do a case review with the enforcement team as they are not in the forums.

    Sorry, but submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    Their investigations do take time, so the action actually could have taken place weeks or months before the enforcement team issued a suspension.

    It doesn't matter whether you were reported as a joke or not. The enforcement team investigates complaints and will only take action if they find that you've done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service. You can try submitting a case review
