Enforcement team is a fail - shuts down anti-cheater self-regulation

Here's my 2 cents about the issue: The easiest thing to do is ban someone for sending a message with bad language. It's there, it's easy to read and hold the person accountable. Perfect, got it.

However, when the enforcement team behaves like a team of corrupt cops who shoot whoever they want because there's no repercussions, that's where the bovine waste hits the fan. It's no longer about why, it's just that it happened.

Sure you can smear that crap of an argument about how you are not supposed to stoop down to the other person's level or you'll get banned, but honestly, if you're just cussing out a cheater, let it be done. It's a personal message, and if the cheater has
had enough of it he or she will have to block you or stop cheating. No need to step in and defend a cheater. That's how they get satisfaction out of it. They cheat, you die, you get *** off, you messages them a piece of your mind which they fully deserve and
more, and then they "report" you for foul language. Who gets the brown end of the stick? You do, for trying to do something about it because we all know YOU, the enforcement team don't. "Oh everything is investigated... it takes time" blah blah blah, if there
were any real bans going on there would be just as much complaining as there is about getting banned for cussing.

Banning someone because they go after cheaters privately is just doing a disservice to the community. You're stopping those who want to do something about it.

"Just report them for cheating" - right, because that's ever worked. I reported so many cheaters, nothing happened. Days later I bump into the same person, same cheat.

There's cheaters, deal with them, or lose the people who have had enough. And if one is privately belittling and racial slurring a cheater or whatever else, WHO CARES?! No public fee fees hurt, it's private. You don't worry about hurting the thief when you
shoot him in your home, you're just doing what you need to do. Same here.

Stop doing a disservice to the community. Don't stifle people speaking out against cheaters. That's the insulting thing, not the f word you throw around in personal messages.

You may think I'm pro this or pro that or I'm ignorant of other people's feelings and actual harassment that goes on unprovoked: NO. I'm against cheating, and against banning people who cuss out cheaters. Who cares? They're worthless piles of caca anyway,
they make the gameplay crappy for EVERYONE else. It's not like I can block a cheater and then I will never have to be matched with them again. That isn't a thing.

The "enforcement team" is a joke

The enforcement board is shut down lol they don't even monitor it anymore, I've been waiting since October for a fix to this issue and have no help from Xbox support, these forums, and this so called "enforcement team".

update: it also shuts down its self after 10 mins or so :'(

 

In the moment you have signed in for xbox live service you have accepted the service terms of use and the code of conduct:

As you can see is clearly stated that is not upon you "to go after cheaters", as a clean gamer what you can do is to report the account you suspect or block that account. When you retort in anger through chat or messages that behavior is considered inappropriate
conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live and as such object to communication suspension.

Keep it clean and read the code of conduct carefully!
