Enforcement team hypocrisy

I've read through the terms and code to find if there was anyplace that I might have violated those terms but I couldn't find anything. I used no profanity and never threatened or spammed messages yet I'm stuck with no explanation and no way to contact them
to find out what they are talking about. I'm suspended for two weeks and nobody is willing to explain what my violation is. Right on their main page under the heading Compassion they claim to take context into the situation yet they treat you like a third
party and ban you with out any information about what you did. Xbox needs to fix how they do these suspensions or they are going to start losing a lot of loyal players because they are choosing to run things behind closed doors then act like they are some
moral compass lying saying they take context into consideration but only give you 500 characters to explain a situation that you don't even know what they are talking about then after that it's a closed deal where they won't even allow any other feed back.

Hey enforcement team, you can ban me from chat and talk because I retaliate against scum you supposedly take action against. You don't have the decency to e-mail me a response to my case that I opened only closed it and said actions carried, and now you're
code is trolling me in games continually popping up a dialog box that says I can't chat WHEN I'M NOT TRYING TO CHAT. do you people want my 60$ a year? you're losing customers to playstation constantly and you're about to lose me too! I can't play a decent
game online without a box blocking my screen reminding me you blocked me. That is the definition of harassment and trolling, disruptive behavior etc. you are literally trolling me on xbox live and I can't do a thing about it except threaten that I will very
much cancel my account and return to steam, no problem at all. IT has more games a better community, better deals and I don't have to buy a new system to get 4k . you decide: continue this hypocrisy or disable the stupid pop ups .

OH and BTW your chat system is filled with fake accounts of Cam girls why don't you try to fix that rather than me telling someone they are a coward for not backing up their mouth.

Yeah in case anyone is reading this thinking i cussed someone out or called them a slur I got banned for calling someone a coward.

 

Meaningless Suspension

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

 

It sounds like you've opened a case review with the PET already at http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and they upheld it. If this is the case then I'm afraid you'll need to wait out the suspension.
