hi my name is Colin and I made a post yesterday exclaiming that me and my friend would help people on the game “dungeon defenders 2” and that in exchange for XBL currency, now I understand why that’s no ok, but the thing is that we acquired NO money. Also
we weren’t trying to steal people’s account (which is what it says on the enforcement page) and in the ends I’m banned to do anything for two weeks. To some people it may not seem like anything but I really wasn’t trying to do anything wrong and had no intent
on hurting anyone or stealing infrormantion. Also note this is first time ever doing something like this and have no intent on something like this in the future. I just ask you this one time to have mercy.

You will need to go to Xbox's enforcement page to acquire more information on your ban.

 

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

You can go to the enforcement site
here & file for a case review if eligible.

Just asking for currency for helping people in a game is a violation of the ToU/CoC,doesn't matter whether you acquired any or not.

Posting case/reference numbers is not allowed on the forums.
