Enforcement Team Help

I am posting this on behalf of my son. I tried to post this to the 'Account and Enforcement Actions' thread but I can't get past the moderator and it looks like there has been no activity since August. Does that thread still work? Anyway, I have spent the
last few days dealing with support regarding an issue with the suspension of my son's account (see reference SR#[Mod Removed]). My son reported a gamer for racist and threatening language. The gamer then falsely reported my son in retaliation and now
his account has been suspended. His account is not eligible for a free case review, I don't know why, so I have to take the Code of Conduct Quiz. Sadly, I keep failing it. Yes, I am reading the code while I do the test... I have passed my MCATs, scored into
the high 90th percentile on the USMLE Steps 1,2 and 3; and I've passed 3 medical subspecialty board exams, but I can't pass this code of conduct quiz. Anyway, I was told that some Enforcement Team Members read and answer questions in the forums. I was given
the link to the "Accounts and Enforcement Actions" forum but I haven't received a response in days, nor has my question been posted. Can anyone help?

My account ( ) has had it's gamer score hacked by my friend without my permission My friend was over and I went to do something in the house and I came back and he had hacked assassin's creed's achievements to the max I got really angry at
him and we haven't talked since that day Also I was in a call of duty world at war lobby months previous to that and there was a hacker that hacked my gamer score (with everyone else in the lobby) up to max score. I am currently stressed and paranoid that
I am going to get banned for something I didn't do. Please respond. Please help me.

 

The enforcement team no longer uses the forums. The only way to get any information is through the enforcement website.
