Ok so I've been banned for a while now and I'm not eligible for a case review. I don't understand why I haven't been eligible to apply for one I was online and some person said I was hacking on Black Ops 3. I really wasn't he had said I have a "No Recoil
Mod" Just please look over my account messages and think about unbanning me please I want to be able to talk to some of my friends instead of having to call them all the time. Its been very rough for me being that I have no sort of communication without thru
my friends. I beg of you please give me a second chance Xbox Enforcement Team. Please

My account ( ) has had it's gamer score hacked by my friend without my permission My friend was over and I went to do something in the house and I came back and he had hacked assassin's creed's achievements to the max I got really angry at
him and we haven't talked since that day Also I was in a call of duty world at war lobby months previous to that and there was a hacker that hacked my gamer score (with everyone else in the lobby) up to max score. I am currently stressed and paranoid that
I am going to get banned for something I didn't do. Please respond. Please help me.

 

You can view your ban on enforcement.xbox.com however if you are not eligible for case review there is nothing further that can be done. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

 

I was told by an agent directly to come here for help There is no indicated option on to review for a case review why?

 

And the point im making is that I got banned for nothing I haven't said anything, hacked any game, mod etc none of that just why?

If you call support to insist on talking with enforcement you aren't going to get anywhere they will just send you hrre

They cannot help with enforcement and there is no contact except for the enforcement site

 

they do not have access nor do they have any say on enforcement issues. Period

You can only ask them about length that's it

Demandijg anything will only end the call

If you had read the enforcement msg or listenedto support the first time you would've gotten the correct info

Enforcement.xbox.com is your only option and if case review isn't there there is no other option periods

 

Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review.

You say you have been suspended for a while so it sounds like you have been given a 100 day suspension for multiple violations of the ToU/CoC.

100 day suspensions are not eligible for a case review so you will have to wait it out.
