Enforcement team help needed to have bullying stopped

Enforcement do not visit here.

The only way to report them is on your console, then block them from contacting your son.

All the tools needed to stop any contact with "bullies" are right there on your console.

And in addition to THEOWENKILLER's post: Please do not post any other gamertags on the forums to report them. Means: Do not name & shame. Thank you.

I need to speak to someone from the enforcement team regarding an issue my son is having with a gamer being a bully and threatening him

you aren't alone, everyone comes across bullies (except the bullies, of course. how I would love to see karma at its best, but that is for another discussion.) every time you see bullies, mute, block, report, and the enforcement team will do the rest.
all you need to do is be as accurate as possible in your report.

In the meantime, I recommend that you block the users who are bullying you and report any further incidents to the enforcement team. You can also adjust your privacy settings to limit who can interact with you on the platform.
