    enforcement team help me


    I have been recently suspended from all communications by the enforcement team even though i have done nothing. i filed a review on my suspension and it has been 24 hours and i have not gotten any response at all. I am very frustrated because i have not
    done anything to cause me to get suspended from chat and I'm not getting the service to help this get fixed. if anyone on the enforcement team sees this, please review my case and get me out of this suspension because i have done nothing wrong.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review. There is nothing else you can do and no other way to contact them.

    welp i just got the results back and they kept their decision and its really dumb since i did absolutely nothing to get banned

    Hey there MR MUSTANG54

    As Smwutches stated, the Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
    Case Review. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
    Code of Conduct or
    Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

    One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

    Since they've upheld the decision, there is nothing else that can be done. You'll need to just wait out the suspension before you'll be able to use all of the Xbox Live features again.

    console will make sure the situation is investigated by Enforcement.



    I do want to stress that if you feel that your personal safety is threatened you can always get in touch with your local law enforcement about the issue as well.
