Enforcement Team, help me end my Odyssey please?

Hello,

i know that this is the wrong forum, but the actual forum is beeing ignored by the enforcement team. There is no other way to contact them. This is my only choice and i apologize in advance.

i want to appeal on the ban for my main account Randy1919 . I used to play a lot several years earlier. Then i didn't play for a few years, then when i got a XBox One, my account was banned out of nowhere untill 31.12.9999. Because the ban was so long ago i
can't hand in a case-review because the ban is not listed there. That's why i try to do it here. PLEASE HELP ME!

I never found out why exactely i was banned, i never found out when exactely i was banned. I just know that i didn't play for a few months and suddenly was banned. I never did anything wrong, i never wanted to do anything wrong and i could only post here once
to get the reply that "We don't ban for no reason and always investigate before, so if you have been banned there is no reason to take a closer look anymore" All i got was "The ban remains active" and that's it. But i didn't DO anything. The only thing i got
was that it was related to the Market. I never even entered the market apart from entering codes that came with games and download one or two demos.

Please, i promise if i get my account back i will do everything i can to keep it out of any trouble. You won't even get a report for swearing or anything. I thought your motto was to "Enforce fair and with heart"? then please, please show that heart. Give me
a chance. I swear i am innocent, i swear i never did anything wrong with my account, and even if i did, i was young back then and imature. I wasn't even smart enough to do whatever i am supposed to have done. Now i'm 22 years old and i don't want to be banned
from your service for young me beeing hacked or whatever.

So i beg you to give me one chance, and i promise you will not regret it. Please show a heart this one time.

welp i just got the results back and they kept their decision and its really dumb since i did absolutely nothing to get banned

All you can do is request a case review at the the
Xbox Enforcement web site, nobody outside of this team can help with your problem.

The enforcement team no longer uses the forums at all, so no one here has any information on your ban. If you cannot submit a case review, then there is nothing else that can be done.

File a complaint via the console and block communications. Despite what phone support says, calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

If you feel threatened in real life, you can call the police, although most people online will say anything just to scare you.

The code of conduct has been pretty much the same since xbox live began & no,not everyone breaks the rules.

If you don't agree with it then why did you agree to follow it?

They are a easy set of rules to follow & the majority of xbox live users have no trouble following them.

Trash talk is fine,it's what you say that can get you into trouble.

You received a 100 day suspension due to multiple suspensions by the sounds of it,next time it will probably be a permanent ban.

If you keep getting suspensions then it's not because the enforcement team being biased towards you,it's because you keep breaking the rules.

Just report & block anyone harassing you online,do not respond.That way you don't get suspended & they will be investigated.

The rules are the same over on PSN/PS4

Yeah don't mention how i talked about people wanting a better enforcement team... Like always. Did you not even read what i said. People would be messaging m after i report them. When people report me I get banned right away. Trash talking is apparently
not fine. How is there supposed to be any competitive environment without it. Every day when I get on there are people saying that i suck ass or get called swears over the mic. I even have people say they are going to get an IP from me when they get mad enough,
those players never get affected,

Also what if I want to get the code of conduct changed? You didn't mention that either.The my voice thing for Xbox is barely used for things that are important like that.

I just want a better way to deal with suspensions rather then saying just 500 characters and that is it. Then some unseen elite decides whether i should be banned or not with a automatic message sent to you. That is like the worst customer seen have ever
seen.
