Enforcement team has turned into a bunch of millennial cry babies

My gamertag has been banned twice now even though it contains none of the banned words, phrases, offensiveness, etc. One of them has even been my Steam Gamertag for years with no problems. I haven't even played on Xbox Live in the 2 months that it's been
banned twice! So what gives, why has MS handed the reigns to a bunch of whiny cry baby children to handle enforcement?

Is MS missing it's earnings and needs the $10 so bad they are just banning Gamertags for revenue? Please tell me I'm not the only one having this issue and there's possibly enough people affected for a class action lawsuit.

And for all the haters that are going to say it's my own fault. The reason it's banned is because it had the word Ditka in it. Last time I checked using the last name of a professional football player and greatest coach the Chicago Bears have ever had was
not a valid reason for banning a gamertag. Mike Ditka is a real person and his name is not offensive to normal, adult people in this society.

Anytime this country get the chance to complain, they will. A bunch of cry babies that want to be treated like men/women.
