    Enforcement team going overboard?


    Have you guys noticed that a player can send you a message harassing you and when you reply you will get a temporary suspension? I think that is absurd.

    I have not been suspended or banned but it has happened to my friends on several occasions. And I'm just like cmon Xbox don't meddle in petty stuff like that because it often appears they take sides with the young immature players who harass someone then
    report them.

    Xbox, quit playing into to this you are making something a problem that shouldn't be

    Any suspensions are handled by the enforcement team.

    The only way to contact enforcement is by going to enforcement.xbox.com

    The enforcement team does not follow these forums.

    Enforcement team going overboard?

    You'll only get suspended if you reply in a way that violates the ToU/CoC.

    It's nothing new,the rules have been the same for years.

    People have caught on that if you report a abusive message then the sender will probably get suspended.

    You wont have a problem if you don't break the rules,pretty simple really.

    Ok, here is a simple way NOT GET BANNED!!!!!

    If you get a message saying stuff, instead of letting the red mist cloud your judgement, simple calm down, take a deep breath and do the following.

    1: DO NOT MESSAGE THE PERSON

    2: Block the person

    3: Report the person

    That's it, how easy is that?

    If you do that not only will you not get banned, but the other person actually more than likely will, in which case you win.

    ^This. Seriously. Anyone who is dumb enough to think that responding in an inappropriate way, to someone who has sent them an inappropriate message, should be "OK" because "They started it" and that XBLPET is being nitpicky for banning one or both is missing
    the point... entirely.

    Breaking the rules is breaking the rules. The people who enforce them don't care who started it, nor should they.
