Enforcement Team Glitched my Account

I was 24 hr banned on 10/19/2015 and it was lifted on 10/20/2015, I was able to hear everyone in the Party chat just fine but I was not able to be heard, so i made a new account to see if it was a glitch on my end and it wasnt, i was able to chat through
the party chat just fine and everyone heard me, but if i go on my main account it shows a circle with a cross through in on game chat in Destiny... Enforcement Team was "Supposedly" given my Gamertag 72 hours ago and I am still not being heard in game, I cant
even Raid on Destiny because of the fact no one wants me to play with them because of this glitch...

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me outClick to expand...

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

Sorry to hear it. This is a known issue that is being worked on. You can post to the following thread to let them know.

Also, please try power cycling your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Then try pressing the power button and unplugging the console at the same time to clear out any extra info. Make sure that you keep holding
the power button until it stops flashing.

The enforcement team can tell the difference between a glitched achievement and one that was modded. Depending on what the glitch was, they can still issue a reset.

They are most probably exploiting a glitch in the game or system. Under normal circumstamces the system won't give different accounts the same gamertag.

Would best to report these gamertags so the enforcement team can investigate.

Both of your point's make a lot of sense.

If it is just a glitch, then I'm stuck in Limbo at the moment, otherwise I'd just pay the $10 bucks for a new tag, ya know?

As for your other point, I've had other people literally tell me they reported my gamertag before and nothings come of it, but it could be that so many reports could add up to an auto-ban by A.I., which is common. Then I run into the glitch of not being
able to contact the Enforcement team.

I understands the extra hassle it would add, but tech support should be able to put you in contact with the enforcement team, period. It really surprises me that the Enforcement team don't have work related email accounts for problems like this that occur.

I've made a thread in the "My Account Was Suspended" forum, but got a sort of automated response from the Enforcement Team. For some reason the Enforcement Team or anyone that reviewed my complaint, does not believe that I'm an honest played and that I did
not use any glitch or cheat or anything of that matter for the purpose of getting achievements. I've been following my brother's path as an Achievement Hunter and getting achievement is the reason I play on Xbox360. To be honest, achievements are part of my
life. Outside school and friends, I play Xbox360 to get achievements.
