Enforcement team forum

I've been trying to contact the enforcement team for awhile now. I'm issue isn't about my account being banned or anything like that, so I have to go to the forum to post. I've tried to post three different post on the enforcement team's forum. The third
one I was told by the support team to do so again. But none of them have even made it on the forum. The last post anyone made was from a few days ago, and the last post from enforcement is sept 2015. I just want to know if this is a dead forum, and if I'm
wasting my time.

where are the enforcement team

The only people that can issue bans are the enforcement team, it is no good posting in these forums as the enforcement team don't come on these forums.

 

The enforcement team no longer uses the forums. The only way to contact them is if you're submitting a case review about a suspension/ban. There is no other way to contact them.

 

So, there is no way for people to contact them unless they have a strike on there account?.....

 

Even when they did use the forums, that was the only reason they posted. To tell you why you've had an enforcement action. There has never been a way to contact them for any other reasons.

 

I had a question about my rep on xbox one. I was told to go there by the support team (That I'm sure knew full-well that it was a dead forum)

Yeah, I read all that. But it doesn't give much helpful info. I've been doing wait it's said to do for two months now, and I haven't seen any change in my rep. I've been on my best behavior, I check my feedback daily to make sure I'm not getting any bad
feedback. I'm not, I just lost one of my feedbacks yesterday. The feedback page also says my rep is good, when it says it needs work on my profile, it also says it's showing the feedback I've had in the last 6 months. So I've been really confused about it.

The enforcement team are doing a good job okay.

 

I get banned on the 27th of june for some reason I dont know why, gets unbanned june 28th. Ok maybe they had a little mix up, July 1st gets a week ban still unexplained, I call Xbox they cant give me answers, I try to submit for a case review and it gives
me some **** pop quiz, I just want to know why Im banned and if I get a question wrong the quiz adds on an extra 2 questions Im really dissapointed because Ive done nothing wrong and Im pretty sure theyre going to keep banning me for no reason and Ill never
be able to talk to anyone again its stupid give me a call enforcement team and fix your mess up
