Enforcement team even check profiles?

So, a week or two ago i'm playing some guys on cod (where else would happen) and some guys got mad because they lost a gb next thing i know i'm offline (ddos) but that's not the problem. When i got back on they said they were gonna "blacklist" me and get
me banned, sound stupid right? so i thought nothing of it played on couple of days later i get banned. I have multiple accounts so started using another 4-5 days later that one gets banned also. Alongside that 3 more accounts have been banned within a 10day
period making it 5 in total. I got onto the enforcement team to ask for help but they are useless and just copy and paste from a word document as too what the reason was, have they ever thought to actually check the accounts they are banning instead of just
going off file complaints etc..

The way they kept finding the profiles is because they were linked to my GB profile.

There is no such thing as a "blacklist" and the only thing they could do to affect a ban is report you on their consoles.

To have multiple accounts banned, you must have violations on those accounts.

Microsoft do not ban people for being good at a game.

DDOS attacks need to be reported to your ISP.

 

The accounts are new accounts, like this one, there is literally no way they can have violations.

I didn't say they reported me for being good at the game, but for the arguments that followed, i don't know what lengths these people go through to when they believe in something.

What i do know is whether or not you call it blacklisting or something else there are sub threads on forums where you just post someones gamertag and get a whole bunch of people to report it.

Also the DDOS attack is irrelivant it was just apart of the story, i accept that, that happens know a days.

 

It makes no difference if a thousand people report you, if there is no violation you will not get banned.

Clearly the "argument" has been reported and that must be what has got you banned.

You will have got an email telling you the reason for the ban.

 

I got an email, the reason was "cheating etc" but when i say i havn't been cheating i'm being 100% serious not just saying it to make myself look better, the accounts i've used bar 1 havn't even been used either in months or are brand new no more than a
week or two old.

 

Well having 3 of the most modded games on xbox in your 5 most recently played games, on this account, really doesn`t help your story.

Also, why do you need so many accounts??

 

Lol, good point the reason i have them is BF2 was the games with gold and seen as my main accounts got banned i'm back at level 1 i have been enjoying replaying them. Also i play GB so any COD there are games up on i'm down for playing.

As for the accounts i have a main one and one that i used to use a while back, as they got banned i started to switch using 48hr trials then making new ones so i could still play..

How do you expect anyone to believe you have been wrongly banned?

Why are you giving us pictures of an unbanned accounts stats?, i bet the banned ones don`t look like that.

You just said why are 3 of my most recent games the most modded on xbox, the recent games are on this account so i showed this accounts stats. If i can get a hold of my other accounts stats i would gladly post them.

This is the 3rd time i've said they are new accounts, stop trying to be a know it all just because you float around the forums from time to time.

 

Actually,owenkiller has been a forum reg for a good few years & is spot in in his answers.

You do not get banned for no reason,you have obviously been doing something against the rules on each account for them to get banned.

I enjoy playing the older CODs and have been since COD2, the only online games to actually take an ounce of skill these days.

 

I'm not saying he's wrong with what he's saying, just don't appreciate the accusations being thrown out there saying i have a history of being banned when i clearly don't that's why it's only a short ban. And then saying i probably have modded stats on my
banned accounts when i prefer to play the game for fun. If i wanted to cheat i'd play PC.

 

Not accusing you of anything, but everything points to the fact you get banned a lot.

You have multiple account due to being banned on one game, now those accounts have been banned on another game, thats a history of being banned.

I also simply highlighted the fact you are posting stats of an unbanned account for no apparent reason, i can see those stats from your gamercard.
