Enforcement team doesn’t listen

This is ridiculous. There needs to he a section i can make a complaint about the enforcement team. I had a guy constantly inviting me to parties and booting me once i joined so i could never ask them who they were. A few days later i received an invite
so i quickly plugged in my headset and joined. I asked who they were and why do they keep inviting me. He became very indignant and argued that we played games once he couldnt tell me what. I went through his games and said “ look judging by your games man
i dont see anything that we could of played together” he got the [mod removed] that i wasnt playing GTA swearing and then said i guess you can go then so i was like alright ill do that peace out he replied with “youre a [mod removed]” so i messaged him telling
me to not call me that. Told him he was childish and to not call someone an [mod removed] just because they dont want to play games. Yes i swore but it was swearing in reference to what i was called. I explained this to the enforcement team and they replied
telling me i shouldnt reply with profanity, i wasnt, i was simply saying what was said to me. This guy put in a complaint for being the one at fault. I was told that because of my past history i have had 2 other complaints. Probably for similar occassions.
I promise you if the team looked up my complaint it would be someone was cheating or swearing then complained about me to be a final idiot one more time. Besides that. 10 years ago is a bit of a joke. Xbox needs to do a bit more research before going ahead
and issuing banning notices and what not. Why is it they took his word for it but cant take mine? Anyway 15 years of xbox and i will never purchase another one again.
