    Enforcement Team Direct Contact


    So, I just got a communications ban for 1 week, I already filled out a case review and they changed nothing, now I'd like to inquire as to why I was banned for a week for something this small and minute, but I can't seem to find any way of directly contacting
    them, any help on how to would be great

    why am I still com blocked?

    Enforcement team has no direct contact except if you file a case review. You can file one in enforcement.xbox.com

    The sole method for communicating with Xbox Live Policies Enforcement Team (XBLPET) is the case review process. If you have already submitted a case review and the decision of XBLPET was upheld, there is nothing else that can be done. The suspension will
    end on the date and time indicated on the Enforcement site.
