on my situation i never sent a message to someone first. the person that probably sent the ban on me message me first and i replied. i been on xbox live for a long time ever since xbox went live and never been ban. what i dont understand is why ban someone
without investigating both sides instead of reading what i put and then make a decision. i never bullyed nobody and istay on the mic with my friends. for someone to be paying for xbox i dont understand why one person's report i get a ban. i didnt even get
what message i was ban for and why. all im asking for is if you investigating see why this happened and not take action. im 33 years old and dont bother nobody on live but people i know and if something was said it was because the other party not me. i do
not go texting people or inviting them to parties to talk. all im asking for is a fair judgment read what the other people sent.

Anyone how to contact these so called enforcement's sitting behind a keyboard? I got a communication ban just for cussing, but these **** won't do anything to the ones who cheats. I wanna talk to someone instead of hitting a review
button. So if anyone has a direct # to these people I sure would appreciate it.

mani agree with you in fact I am having the same issue right now I am banned until September a 2 month suspension Microsoft hung up on me 5 times because they refuse to help well since Microsoft "Enforcement Team" are losers and can't get buy anything to
communicate with that gives us a right to sue them because we have to take there stupid quiz to get a case review and Microsoft refuses to help I believe for our gaming safety they freaking promised us they lied about they need to get facts real facts because
I got harassment charges while during a communication suspension how the hell does that work? Oh wait it don't because you can't send messages you can't join parties but yet the other person walks free while threatening you to get booted offline but they walk
free? I got so many reports to this guy I blocked him I done everything I can and I still get stalked by the other player I still receive messages from the person saying I'm glad your banned now I can hack your account MICROSOFT YOU PROMISED US A SAFE GAMING
EXPERIENCE WE CANT DO anything BECAUSE OF YOUR MESS UPS I'm so tired I reported my stalker so many times I blocked the guy too he made 18 accounts and still he threats me while I'm communication suspended you don't do a damn thing about it yes I'm mad and
yes your "Enforcement Team" needs communication work to make things right this code of conduct you speak highly of you turn it around and take it out on the innocent instead of getting the real issue read the forums Enforcement Team this has to end now

Subitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If your friend already submitted a review and it was upheld, there is nothing else he can do. He would have received the ban because he did something to violate the code of conduct,
not just because you reported him.

I KNOW! I received a 14 day suspension from Xbox live for "harassment" two days ago and I hadn't even played that day or two days before that. (July 5th, btw). They literally don't look at any of the crap. AND IM SO ANNOYED. Today is when one of our raid
team members passed away due to cancer and on this day we always throw a memorial in honor of him one Destiny. Now, because of Xbox I can't honor what a great person he was.

Man, when someone swears at you, grow a pair and don't instantly report them. You're not a baby are you? If he's been swearing at you multiple times then sure, go ban that guy, but you shouldn't ban someone for insulting you once. NOT SAYING that you do,
but still. I seiously got a harassment ban for saying: Really f*g? It's been a month now and I still can't play nor talk on xbox live, which is a service I PAY FOR. Don't ruin someones day/week/month because he called you a f*g once, don't be that guy....

Sounds like may be receiving multiple enforcement actions. It takes time to investigate reports, so the violations could have happened anytime.
