Enforcement team contact

Games like ESO, when you get harrassed by players. Simply blocking communication doesn't stop the harrassment. Report over and over players for this crude, disrespectful, and out right inappropriate game play. Nothing happens day in and day out. With
ESo they get their guild to harass as well. So when u finally have enough after repeated attempts of asking and telling them to stop, blocking and reporting them. You finally loose your temper like any bulllying situation and cuss or sayothermeams words.
Instant communication ban. Then they have guild report, now I have multiple violations, and then you get permanent ban. You try to defend yourself and all You get is 500 characters. 0 emails, no phone number, literally no way to contact enforcement team.
Call Xbox supports and they say sorry they can't help. So there needs something to be done about this. Getting banned because you been bullied to a point you snap. Is just not right

Contact enforcement team

The enforcement team do not use the forums.The only way to contact them is via a case review.

If the case review was upheld then there's nothing you can do other than wait out the suspension.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to the enforcement team are not obliged to show you any evidence or specifics.

Smwutches is partially correct. You used to be able to contact them via the Enforcement Forums topic here on Xbox Forums. But you now have to submit a case review on https://enforcement.xbox.com

 

You can view your ban by logging into
enforcement.xbox.com. You'll be able to see the reason and how long it's for from there and file a case review if eligible.



You don't swear in the messages, period. It's against the Code of Conduct.



Trolls get to you that way: report you as soon as you swear, Enforcement reads it, then they issue the banned hammer.



Enforcement won't disclose actions made to other players. If he swore in the conversation as well, he's probably in trouble too for sure bet.

bonjour , je vien d'être sanctionné ( sanction non mérité)!suite signalement abusif , plus d'accès la communication messages, groupe d'amis et tous ce qu'il va avec. Je pense que le signalement n'a pas etais étudier car a peine le gars ma dit "reported" que
j'ai reçu un message de Xbox Live... Je trouve cela injuste de sanctionné a l'aveugle car n'importe qui peut signaler pour n'importe quoi tout va. Arrêter de signaler pour des conneries

 

because Xbox enforcement banned me I went and traded my Xbox for a PS4. I was already thinking about doing so because of the glitchy and always changing format's but Xbox enforcement help me in moving from Xbox to PS4 for good. Thanks Xbox enforcement!!

i got banned just because i am too good on gta v , than kids get mad and report me and ask all friend list to report me

i am french man with good education and really fair-play i have 40 years old ,i really not have time to insulting peoples , i not cheating , i buy a lot of shark cards , the only images i sent was sceenshots of the scores , i do not have any kinect ,
i am not able to make any personal pictures or videos

the only video i sent was a video when i sniper a jet in the air on gta

what i do wrong ? i am polite and never get mad on games

Yes they ban for some bad word but never do anything about bad behaviour, eso, fifa, and a lot of games are ruined by some players who just want to destroy pleasure of the others..

 

I KNOW! I received a 14 day suspension from Xbox live for "harassment" two days ago and I hadn't even played that day or two days before that. (July 5th, btw). They literally don't look at any of the crap. AND IM SO ANNOYED. Today is when one of our raid
team members passed away due to cancer and on this day we always throw a memorial in honor of him one Destiny. Now, because of Xbox I can't honor what a great person he was.

 

Got banned after playing against some trolls on rocket league, they all reported me for whatever which has lead to a 2 week ban. Legit proof of me doing nothing yet still banned. Xbox customer for over 10 years until now.

That questionnaire to appeal does not work what so ever. Time to find a new console to play. Thanks enforcement!
